I’m a fitness trainer, life coach, and Veterinary Surgeon—think of me as your go-to guide for all things health, fitness, and living life to the fullest. My passion? Diving deep into the world of human and animal health, exploring what makes us tick, and finding ways to build truly meaningful lives.

My own adventure has taken me from the fast-paced world of a UK-based small animal hospital to the gym floor and community yoga classes. Now, I’m traveling the globe, soaking up new experiences, moving my body, and enjoying delicious food—all while shaping my vision for the future, one day at a time.

These days, I’m dedicated to helping people train, eat, and live in a way that truly supports their well-being and personal success. Seeing others thrive is what lights me up, and I can honestly say... I’ve found my calling!
